Introduction
The Cookie Policy ("Policy") explains how Unitrax (c) GUI & Angular versions, use cookies and similar technologies when you visit our web sites on which this policy is posted.
Why do we use cookies?
We use cookies to learn how you interact with our content and to improve your experience when visiting our website(s). For example, some cookies remember your language or preferences so that you do not have to repeatedly make these choices when you visit one of our websites.
What are cookies?
A Cookie is a small piece of data that a website asks your browser to store on your computer or mobile device. The cookie allows the website to "remember" your actions or preferences over time. On future visits, this data is then returned to that website to help identify you and your site preferences. Our websites and mobile sites use cookies to give you the best online experience.
Most Internet browsers support cookies; however, users can set their browsers to decline certain types of cookies or specific cookies. Further, users can delete cookies at any time.
What kind of cookies do we use?
We use the following categories of cookie:
Strictly Necessary Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are those that are essential for our sites to work in the way you have requested. Although many of our sites are open, that is, they do not require registration; we may use strictly necessary cookies to control access to some of our community sites, whitepapers or online events such as webinars; as well as to maintain your session during a single visit. These cookies will need to reset on your browser each time you register or log in to a gated area. If you block these cookies entirely, you may not be able to access gated areas. We may also offer you the choice of a persistent cookie to recognize you as you return to one of our gated sites. If you choose not to use this "remember me" function, you will simply need to log in each time you return.
Cookie Name | Cookies Used | Description | Retention Period |
---|---|---|---|
TS01###### | Third Party | These cookies are set by our web server infrastructure to ensure your web requests are consistently processed by the same server in our infrastructure for the duration of your session. | Session |
VID | First Party | Session cookie used on the "Find a practitioner" page for tracking the search request made by the user. | Session |
JSESSIONID | Third Party | JSESSIONID is a cookie generated by Servlet containers and used for session management in J2EE web applications for HTTP protocol. | Session |
MachineLabel | Third Party | This cookie contains the Location History information for an internet user attempt, which specifically holds IP Address (Private Address) of the user's attempt from a specific system & also to track the number of authentication attempts from that private address. Additionally it could hold further details related to Country, Region, City, ISP Name, Last Authentication Time & when that location history would be expired as well. | Session |
SequenceNonce | Third Party | MFA/2FA device generates and changes the sequence nonce each time authentication occurs. When a sequence nonce is required, the machine secret is only valid until the next login attempt. This increases security by reducing the validity period for the machine information, and by making it more difficult for an attacker to steal a machine secret without being detected. These cookies are only collected for connections that come in over the Internet. Most user connections to Unitrax are over the B2B links and not the internet. | Session |
MachineNonce | Third Party | This is a random number generated by MFA/2FA device during machine registration. These cookies are only collected for connections that come in over the Internet. Most user connections to Unitrax are over the B2B links and not the internet. | Session |
